      Aap bache ko mota karne ke liye kuch aise upayon ka prayog kar sakte hain:

      1. Sthayi Vyayam: Iske liye subah uthkar kuchh vyayam karne ki aavashyakta hoti hai. Isse sharir ka vajan badhta hai aur pet bhi badhta hai.

      2. Sahi Aahar: Bache ko nutrient se bharpur, poshak tatv se bhara hua aahar khilaye. Yeh sabjiya, fruits, dudh, dahi, chana aur ande jaisi cheeje lekar apni diet mein shamil kare.

      3. Pani Ka Sevan: Bache ko rozana kam se kam 8-10 glass pani jarur piye. Pani bache ki metabolism ko tej karta hai aur saath hi kai bimariyo ko dur karne mein madad milti hai.

      4. Upar Ka Aahar Na Len: Dahi, ice-cream, chips aur refined sugary items ka sevan na kare. Inche sevan se bache ko nuksaan pahuch sakta hai.

      5. Ghar Par Hi Khaaye: Fast food kabhi bhi bache ko na khilaye. Ghar par hi swasthvaayu ke anusaar khana bana ke bache ko khilaye.
