1. Apne aahar mein poshak tatv jada lena: Aapko apne aahar mein poshak tatv jada lena hoga, jaise ki proteins, vitamins, minerals aur aahar poshak tatv. Isse aapke sharir ko jaruri poshak tatv milege aur aapka sharir swasth rahega.
2. Kisi bhi tarah ka junk food na khana: Aapko junk food jese burgers, pizza, chips aur fast food ko apne aahar mein shamil na karna hoga. Isse aapka sharir fat badhega aur aapko fit nahi rehne denege.
3. Rozana Exercise aur Yoga karna: Aapko rozana exercise karna hoga. Exercise se aapka sharir swasth rahega aur aap fit reh sakte hain. Yoga bhi aapko fit rehne mein madad karega.
4. Detox karna: Aapko apne sharir ko detox karne ke liye rozana paani jada se jada piye. Isse aapke sharir mein se toxins nikal jayenge aur aapke sharir mein se fat bhi kam ho jayega.
5. Khaas aahar khana: Aapko khaas aahar khane ke liye koi niyamit diet le leni chahiye. Isse aapka sharir swasth rahega aur aap fit reh sakte hain.
6. Paani zaroor peena: Aapko zaroori hai ki aap rozana paani peete rahe. Yeh aapke sharir ko fit rakhne mein madad karega.
