1. Upar ki neend ko behtar banane ke liye achi neend lena bahut jaruri hai. Aapko ausomiyat se 7–8 ghanto ki neend lena chahiye.
2. Sahi khan paan – Apni diet mein halka khan paan shamil karne se apne sharir ko fit rakhne mein madad mil sakti hai. Poshak tatv aur phalo ka sevan karna chahiye.
3. Shariric vyayam – Aaraam ke sath sath rojana kuch time sharirik vyayam bhi karna chahiye. Isse aapka dil muscular system aur pet sahi rahta hai.
4. Stress ko control karna – Stress jaldi se jaldi body pressure ko increase karne ka karan ban sakta hai. Jisse BP normal rahega. Isliye stress ko dur karne ka tarika jaanna jaruri hai.
5. Alcohol se dur rahna – Puri tarah se alcohol se dur rehna chahiye. Kyu ki alcohol BP ko badane ka karan banta hai.
