1. Ek acchi shuruaat karein: Exercise karne se pehle jaroori hai ki aap ek acchi shuruaat karein. Dhyan rahe ki aap ka dincharya sahi hona chahiye. Iske liye, aapko subah uthte hi kisi bhi tarah ki exercise start karne ki zaroorat nahi hai. Pehle aap Din ki shuruaat khane se, yoga se ya fir stretching ke sath se karein.

4. Goals set karein: Exercise karne ke liye, aapko apne goals set karna bahut jaroori hai. Ho skta hai ki aapko kuch dino me koi bhi goal complete karna hoga. Aap apne goals ko baar-baar achieve karne ke liye achiever banein.
5. Nutrition plan follow karein: Exercise ke sath sath nutrition plan bhi follow karna bahut jaroori hai. Dhyan rahe, aapko kisi bhi tarah ka unhealthy food na khana hae. Aap balanced diet lein jaise fruits, vegetables, carbs, proteins etc.
6. Stay motivated: Exercise karne me last aur sabse jaroori chiz hai, motivation. Agar aap sirf ek hafte tak hi exercise karte hain aur uske baad motivate hone ke bajay thak jaate hain to ye aapke liye sahi nahi hai. Isliye aapko apne aap ko motivate karne ka tarika janana chahiye. Aap apne kamnao ko complete karne ko lekar motivated rahein.
