4. Pani peena: Aapko 8-10 glass pani peena hai din mein jisse aapko fat loss ho sake.
5. Sahi time pe sochna: Aapko sahi time pe sochna hai aur apne aapko control karna hai. Aapko late night mein khana nahi khana hai.
