Gram Pradhan ka karya hai Gram Panchayat, Gram Sabha aur kshetra samiti ki baithako ko sambodhit karna, Mantriyo se adhikar prapt aur un parikshaon ke liye aavashyak dastavejon taiyar karna, jilon mein shahari suvidha aur vibhinn sarkari yojano ko prabhavit karne ka kaam karna, mukhya roop se kshetra ke logon ke adhikar adhikar prapt karna aur unka ilaj, shiksha, avas aur samaaj seva ke liye karykramo ko chalaana.
