Kamjori ko dur karne ke liye aapko rozana thoda vyayam karna chahiye aur aapko bhojan me poshak-tatv ya to anupan (acchhe aspashe) se bharpoor ahaar lena chahiye. Aapko sukha phal, sabut dal aur protein rich food khana chahiye. Kalonji aur giloy ka sevan karne se bhi labh hota hai.Aapko subah uthne ke baad ek glass paani garam paani mein nimbu ka ras milakar peena chaahiye. Isse pachan kriya majboot hoti hai aur sharir mein vishamata door hoti hai. Aapko apni raat ki neend puri karna chahiye. Kisi yogasan ka abhyaas karne se bhi swasthya laabh hoga.
