• Iske saath hi, aapko daily aerobic exercises karna hoga, jisse aapke legs ki muscles ka size badhega aur vo strong hoga. Exercise karne ke liye, running, cycling, swimming, yoga aur stretching jese activities perform kar sakte hai.
• Ek balanced diet follow kare, jisme sabhi tarah ke foods ho, jaise fruits, vegetables, dals, milk products sholey, meat aur fish. Isse na sirf aapko energy milega, balki aapke body ko bhi nourishment milti hai.
• Bhojan mein essential fats jaise Omega 3 fatty acids, monosaturated fats aur polyunsaturated fats shamil kare, yeh aapke body ko energy provide karte hai aur sharir ki muscles ko healthy rakhte hai.
• Ek acchi sleep lena bahut jaroori hai, isse aapki body ko rest milta hai aur stamina badhta hai. Aapko daily kam se kam 8 se 10 hours ki neend leni chaiye.
