1. Apne aapko santulit banao: Apne aapko santulit banaane ke liye, aapko samay-samay par apne aap se baat karna hoga aur aapko khud par niyantran karne ki prerna dena hoga.

6. Sharirik kriya kare: Aapko apne mann ki shanti banaye rakhne ke liye, aapko sharirik kriya karna hoga. Yadi aap yoga ya meditation karte hai toh aapko apne man ko santulit rakhne mein madad milegi.
