2. Healthy Diet: Aapko healthy aur balanced diet lena chahiye. Yeh mind aur sharpen karne mein madad karta hai.
3. Exercise: Exercise karna bhi mind ko sharp karne mein madad karta hai. Exercise se aapke dimag mein oxygen bharne lagta hai, jisse aapka dimag sharp banta hai.
4. Meditation: Meditation karne se aapke dimag ka power badhta hai aur aapki concentration bhi badhti hai. Isliye meditation ka bhi istemal kare.
