1. Aapko apna wajan kam karne ke liye sahi aur aahar ka sevan karna hoga. Aap protin, poshak tatva se bharpoor aahar ka sevan karein jis mein sabjiya, daliya, chaval, doodh aur anaj shamil hai.
2. Subah uthkar adhik matra mein pani pine ki aadat banaye. Ek cup garam pani mein ek chammach nimbu ka ras daal ke piye aur din mein 8-10 glass pani piye.
3. Aap paani kam peene ki jagah green tea pi sakte hain jo aapki body ko detox karti hai.
4. Gym jane ke sath sath rojana 30 minutes yoga ya exercise karein.
5. Din mein do baar nariyal ka pani piye aur iske alawa uphaar lena band kar de.
6. Aap koextra calorie se bachne ke liye tv ya laptop se dur rahein aur outdoor activities mein hissa lein.
7. Aap agar golgappe, burger ya fir fast food pasand karte hain to ye khane se parhez kar de. Aap healthy snacks jaise chane, magaj, bhujia wagera ka bhi sevan kar sakte hain.
8. Raat ko dinner karne se 40 minutes pahle thoda sa watermelon kha le. Ye aapki body ko healthy aur hydrated rakhta hai.
