Motapa kam karne ke liye aapko apni lifestyle ko badalna hoga. Aapko healthy aur balanced diet lena hoga aur regular exercise aur physical activities karna hoga. Kuch aasan tips:
1. Saara junk food aur aerated drinks se dur rehna hai.
2. Koshish kariye ki kam se kam 5-6 seasonable fruits aur vegetables roj khaye.
3. Ek nimbu ka ras roz subah khali pet piye.
4. Subah uthne ke baad 15-20 minutes tak walk ya jogging kare.
5. Ek glass gungune paani me 1 chammach haldi mila kar peene se bhi motapa kam hota hai.
6. Regular olar exercise kare ek hafte main 3-4 baar
7. Stress level ko kam kare.
8. Rozana kam se kam 8 ghante ki neend le.
