Yog sadhana karne ke liye aapko achche se suruwat karni hogi. Pahle aapko ek rukh apnane ki jarurat hai. Aap kisi bhi tarah ka yog kar sakte hai jaise ki hath yoga, pranayam, vajrasana, bhujangasana, shavasana, sarvangasana, padmasana, adho mukha svanasana, dhanurasana, halasana, matsyasana aur kapalbhati.
Yog karne se pahle aapko apne sharir ki sahi sahayata ke liye suruwat karni hogi. Aapko apne sharir ko stretch karna hoga taaki wah sahi tarah se kaam kar sake. Aapko apne sharir par thoda sa oil laga kar hilana hoga aur uske baad kuchh asana karne ki suruwat karni hogi.
Yog karne ke liye aapko sahi jagah aur sahi samay ka chunav karna hoga. Aapko rozana kam se kam 45 minute yog karna hoga. Aisa karne se aapko labh milta hai. Aapko rozana yoga karne ke liye ek fix samay tay karna hoga. Aapko jitna ho sake utna yoga karna hoga. Isse aapki sharir ko sahi tarah se sahi samay par sahi tarike se yog karne ka mauka milta hai.
Yog ka sahi tarika aapko sirf kisi expert se hi sikha sakta hai. Aapko niyamit roop se yoga karne honge aur dhyan rakhna hoga ki aapko yog karne me koi bhi pareshani na ho. Aapko yoga karne ke liye sahi samay aur sahi jagah ka chunav karna hoga.
